Claire has a BA (Hons) in Business Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work Studies. Claire’s first post after University was as a trainer with an Information Technology company. Claire has a keen interest in learning and development.Following re-training as a social worker, Claire worked for Stirling Council for five years before joining the Care Inspectorate as an inspector in 2012. After three and a half years as an inspector she became a team manager for an inspection team based near Edinburgh. After six months as a team manager, Claire was appointed to the post of service manager when this was introduced to the Care Inspectorate in 2016.
